FBR Approves the Policy to Appoint Legal Advisors & Advocates

FBR has given approval to the policy of appointing legal advisors and advocates on FBR’s panel. Amendment in Rules of Business-1973 has been made, following the directives given by the Prime Minister, which has empowered the FBR to hire Legal Advisors and Advocates on the panel of FBR and fix the professional fees.

The policy withholds experience, eligibility and a selection procedure for the appointment of the legal advisors and advocates. The appointment will be made on merit through advertisement.
