Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) granted sales tax exemption on services for projects funded by USAID. The Sindh government had exempted the sales tax payable on such taxable services that are received or procured by the USAID or the Implementing Partners of the USAID under the Sindh Basic Education Program (SBEP). SBEP is funded by way of grant-in-aid provided by the USAID under the framework of the Pakistan Enhanced Partnership Agreement (PEPA) of 2010 signed between the United States and of Pakistan.
